Models Optimization Panel

As shown in Figure 9, the model optimization panel is composed of two parts, " Model Selection, Parameters, and DIC Results" and "Information ". In " Model Selection, Parameters, and DIC Results", import the folder which contains the SSD model folder of chemicals, with the default document path of “Output”. Import the output path for SSD model parameters. You can either use the default path “Output”, or create a new path. The automatically generated path in software is named as "OutputSSD + current time". Click the "Best Model", and a file containing the optimal model of exposure or toxicity data SSDs will be exported; you can also get all the parameters and DIC values of SSDs that is used in the optimal model. These parameters and DIC values can also be elicited by itself by clicking "Parameters". The current state of computing and final elapsed time is constantly displayed in "Information".

In this function panel, all the information about data input and result output on the screen can be reset via the "Reset" button. You can switch to the other function panels by the "Return to BMC" button.
