Development Environment
In our software, user interface has been developed by Matlab 2016b GUI, using MATLAB language as the major code. The posterior distribution of parameters in the SSD model has been determined by the WinBUGS. The distribution function of Burr III, Burr II, Gompertz and other models, which is not covered in WinBUGS, has been customized in our software. The 64-bit version of our software is provided in the package, with toxicity data and exposure data for beginners to pre-study.
